Enchanted Polish Organic Opals

Greetings, y'all! Can you believe it's August 1st? It's back to school in my county's school district today. So early! When I was in school the first day was in mid-August most years. Even that felt too early. August is also my birthday month and I'm moving later this month as well (eek), so it'll be a very eventful month for me.

I decided I wanted to wear one of my new Enchanted Polishes for my current mani. After some consideration over Marge's Blue Beehive and Organic Opals, I settled on the latter.

Organic Opals is a pea green with iridescent glitters and holo, giving it an opalescent finish. A member of the Somewhere Opal the Rainbow collection, I purchased this in a mini haul from Enchanted a couple weeks ago. It is unique among the polishes I own. Given how similar indie collections can look after being into them for so long, that is always welcome.

Formula applied well on my fingers. The polish dragged under itself a little on my swatch nail, but that didn't happen here. I only needed two coats. It did dry a little textured from the glitters so I used two coats of topcoat to smooth out the finish.

Like the other shades in the Somewhere Opal the Rainbow collection, it sold out very quickly during its two July restocks. A future restock is likely to happen, however, so stay tuned!

Enchanted Polish is sold on their website.
