Femme Friday: Strings of Light

I'm posting this later than I'd like. At least it's still Friday? This is one of my most festive Femme Fatales in my collection.

Strings of Light is a "pale periwinkle crelly filled with silver holo glitters and pops of magenta, teal, pink, chartreuse, and topped with pink shimmers." It originates from a Color4Nails Holiday Box themed after The Nightmare Before Christmas. Each polish in that box was inspired by a scene or image from the movie.

I've used this polish so much that it's amazing that I could make the fill line temporarily "disappear." It's a yearly tradition of mine to wear it this time of the year. I'm about a third empty after three or four manicures.

When I broke out this this year, I worried that I might need thinner because the contents barely moved in the bottle. That worry was for naught. It applied just fine. The base was thinner than I remembered. Still covered fine enough after three coats. Glitter and shimmer helps. The shimmer isn't ever-present, yet it's pretty reflecting against light.

Confession time: I've never seen Nightmare Before Christmas in its entirety. What's a movie that everyone else appears to have seen but you haven't?
